Deutsche Einkaufs-Center Management G.m.b.H. specialises in managing retail shopping centres. Our retail and property professionals manage shopping centres all over Germany. With the help of our integrated centre management team, we can meet the needs of investors, property owners, franchisers, retailers and consumers alike.

 

OUR SERVICES FOR FRANCHISERS AND RETAILERS

We help you to find the right rental space in one of our centres in Germany, in the right location and the right size. We will also support you in the planning and outfitting of your shop and guarantee you a fair, cooperative leasing relationship, with a clear explanation of any additional costs.
We are also by your side when it comes to daily centre operations: we provide a building services team to ensure that operations run smoothly. To make sure that shopping is an experience in itself, we work with advertising agencies to establish the right image and branding for the centre. We are constantly running advertising and public relations campaigns, as well as organising effective events for the public. We look forward to working with you!

We offer a comprehensive range of shopping centre management services. We provide assistance in the search for a location, the development of the project, supervision of construction and the daily operations of the centre, with the various tasks that this entails. As part of our responsibilities, we make sure that we only let to suitable tenants so that the mix of shops is right. When a shop is vacated, we find the right partners that will fit in with the other businesses. Our commercial and building management team at each centre means that we can guarantee the lowest possible operating costs and the highest benefits.
